To foster sustainable creative talent through mentorship in Calgary,  Phoebe Davis and Kyna Ceschini, developed an exhibition display for HUMANLY – Systems Thinking and Changemaking, Information Design Capstone Showcase 2017. Presenting a timeline of Calgary industry, a system Map explaining the factors of retention in Calgary and the Creative Class, showcase attendees were encouraged to discuss the influence of mentorship for young people and senior executives.
